This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technical data required to deliver it. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested resource, the amount of data transferred, the referrer, browser, operating system and access status.

This processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and uninterrupted operation of this online service. STRATO processes the data as a processor under an agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Log data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required for operational and security purposes. Subject to specific security incidents, the hosting provider states that the maximum retention period is 90 days.

3. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns steps prior to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully resolved, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

4. External content and links

The home page embeds a Steam store widget provided by Valve Corporation. When the widget loads, your browser connects to Steam and transmits technical information such as your IP address and browser information. Steam may use cookies or similar technologies. YouTube is included as an external link, not an embedded video. Visiting the channel opens the YouTube website. This theme does not include its own analytics or marketing scripts and uses locally hosted fonts and images.

5. Recipients and transfers to third countries

STRATO GmbH receives personal data as part of hosting. Loading the Steam widget also transmits data to Valve Corporation; processing may take place outside the European Union or European Economic Area. Valve describes its processing and transfer safeguards in the Steam Privacy Policy.

6. Your rights

Subject to the applicable statutory requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In particular, you may contact the authority responsible for the German federal state in which the controller is established.

7. Security and updates

The website is provided exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections. We update this privacy policy when website functions, service providers or the applicable law change.
